Millionaires are leaving China

More international buyers are seeking to invest in better grounds. The United States is a place that gives investors stability and peace of mind, specially in this era of political and economical uncertainty in many countries around the world.

According to the new Global Wealth Report from Credit Suisse, the U.S. is home to 46 percent of the world’s 33.7 million millionaires, compared with 41 percent last year. The report said the U.S. added 903,000 millionaires over the past year, to reach 15.7 million.

Like many nationalities that invest in Miami, it is common to see Russians and South Americans, and now Chinese are interested in South Florida real estate market. China occupies spot #6 in the rankings for countries with most millionaires, leading after Italy and behind Germany.

Seeking for healthier grounds for their investments as for their families with cleaner air and water to live better abroad, Miami is one of the cities that catches their attention.
